Luckily I’m not the kind of guy who holds a grudge or I may never have returned to the Glenshee Ski Centre. For this is the place, not so long ago, where I was catapulted through the air like an Eastern European gymnast going for Olympic gold without the technique or the grace.
Yes I’ve had a few tumbles in the past and no I may not be the greatest skier but for some unknown reason I love it up there. Scotland’s Glenshee Ski Centre offers something for all level of skiers and snowboarders at affordable prices. With an impressive 22 lifts and 36 runs, the quality of natural terrain and stunning scenery cannot be matched anywhere else in the UK.
Glenshee is open daily from 8.30am to 5.00pm during the December to April season. So if you are feeling adventurous and fancy a trip to ski Scotland then check them out here.
Do you ski or snowboard? Where’s your favourite location? Have you had, like myself, any unfortunate tumbles?
Thanks to Bruce Cran and Tess Watson

Oh,lordy! They ski in kilts?? I hope it doesn’t flip up and he lands in the cold snow on his bum! LOL!

oh, how brave they are to ski in kilts!?
laughing at jill wellington’s comment;)
I love people’s stories and photos of their ski trips! They always sound fun and I love the landscapes and vistas. But me? There is no way on earth I am going playing in the snow when it is freaking freezing outside. Not my idea of fun at all!
